How to Enter

 

The Australian Event Awards are designed to be as easy as possible to enter.  Follow these simple steps to get you started:

 

  1. Choose a Category.  Regardless of your role within the Australian events industry, there is a category to suit you.  The only challenge is to choose the category that gives you the best chance of success.  Click here for guidance or check the criteria for each category to choose for yourself.
  2. Login to the Entry Portal.  Its easy and its free, create a username and password and you can start your entry today.  You can even use the Portal to download the list of questions for your category if you prefer to work offline. Click here to login now 
  3. Start your entry.  You can continue to edit your entry as often as you like until entries close on 26 July 2010.  You can start an entry without paying so there’s no harm in making a start today.  Just make sure you pay before the close of entries so your entry is valid.
  4. Send in your supplementary material (postal address is on the entry form).  This should include anything that you feel will help the judges to assess your entries such as promotional material or operational documents, but do limit your supplementary material to what could be reasonably reviewed by a panel within 5 minutes.
